Previously, Tristan was chief operating officer for Roivant Health, the platform within Roivant Sciences to build and scale new health technology companies. Prior to Roivant, he was a Partner in the New York office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As a physician and leader within BCG’s healthcare practice, he was an expert in growth strategy, innovation, and due diligence; serving clients ranging from Series A to Fortune 500 companies, as well as global health institutions, and principal investors.

Tristan serves as an Expert-in-Residence (XIR) for Digitalis Commons (supporting ARPA‑H) and for Columbia Technology Ventures, working with inventors and innovators to translate scientific and technological breakthroughs into real-world products and services. He also serves as a Senior Fellow of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Tristan received his MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, his MBA from Columbia Business School, and his BS from the University of Notre Dame.
