Tomer is a Partner at Averin in New York where he focuses on growth and early stage investments.

Before joining Averin, Tomer spent over 12 years in Healthcare Investment Banking, most recently at Citigroup, where he advised healthcare technology, services and life sciences companies on M&A transactions exceeding $60 billion in value and executed dozens of capital markets financings for private and public companies.

Tomer has extensive experience advising management teams and boards on M&A, financing strategy, company positioning, valuation, and licensing transactions. He brings deep expertise in evaluating healthcare business models, market dynamics, and strategic positioning across the industry.
 

Tomer holds a B.A. in Financial Economics from Columbia University (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
