Dr. Ulrik Schulze is a life sciences strategist with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of biopharma R&D, business strategy, and private equity. As a Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, he served as Global Leader of Biopharma R&D and advised leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia on strategy, M&A, and organizational transformation. Before BCG, he was a postdoctoral fellow in chemical engineering and biology at MIT. He is co-founder and Managing Director of Sanrigen GmbH and serves on the boards of BioVersys AG and Biograil.
