Thad Johnson is a healthcare attorney and executive who served as Chief Legal Officer of UnitedHealthcare. Over more than two decades at UnitedHealth Group, he held legal leadership roles spanning network contracting, pharmacy, clinical services, and corporate governance, rising to the company’s top legal officer. Prior to UnitedHealth, he practiced at Dorsey & Whitney, advising public and private companies on securities law, M&A, and corporate governance. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He currently serves on the boards of Biolinq and L‑Nutra.
