Amy serves as Chief of Staff at Averin, partnering with firm leadership across strategy, fundraising, investor communications, and internal operations.

Prior to Averin, Amy spent a decade in strategic operations at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, she was the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Product Operations at TripleLift, where she led company-wide strategic planning and coordinated the company’s $1.4B acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at The Hackett Group, advising healthcare, pharmaceutical, and CPG clients on organizational design and process improvement.

Amy earned her B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
